REFERRAL PARTNER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Joining the Program

To join, fill out our application form. We review every application and will notify you if you’re approved. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our discretion.

2. What You Can Do (and Can’t Do)

As a partner, you can:

* Promote Coreware to businesses using your referral link.

* Share Coreware materials we provide you.

As a partner, you can't:

* Make promises on behalf of Coreware.

* Negotiate or sign contracts for Coreware.

* Change or misrepresent Coreware pricing or products.

* Use Coreware logos or materials beyond what we approve.

3. Your Referral Link and Commissions

Once approved, you’ll get a unique referral link. To get commission credit, your leads must sign up using this link. We’ll pay commissions for qualified leads who sign up and become paying customers. We’ll share commission rates and payment details with you when you’re onboarded.

Please note:

* No commissions for leads already in our system.

* No commissions for public/government customers or restricted industries.

* Commissions apply to first sales only, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Partner Responsibilities

We expect you to promote Coreware in an honest, respectful, and legal way. You’re responsible for following all local laws, including marketing, privacy, and anti-spam rules.

5. How We Work With You

We will:

* Provide program guidelines, referral materials, and support.

* Notify you of important program changes.

* Keep you updated on referrals, commissions, and payouts.

You will:

* Use your referral link as instructed.

* Keep us updated on any changes to your contact info.

* Respect our brand and reputation.

6. Termination and Changes

Either you or Coreware can end this agreement at any time, with written notice. We may update the program terms or commission structure, but we’ll always notify you in advance. If the agreement ends, you’ll stop using Coreware materials and we’ll pay out any commissions earned before the end date.

7. Legal

You’re an independent partner, not an employee or agent of Coreware. We’re not responsible for your business expenses or taxes. We’re not liable for indirect or accidental damages related to the program. By joining, you agree to keep confidential any private information we share with you.
